Andre started his career in construction as a roofer, rapidly working his way through the ranks to work on large-scale, multi-million dollar projects for notable general contractors in Florida. With 10 years of commercial construction experience that include ground-up, hospitality, multi-family, retail, and mixed-use projects, Andre has worked in multiple leadership roles on job sites.

Coming from a family of construction workers, Andre has extensive construction experience in MEP, inspection coordination, scheduling, safety, site logistics, and more. Prior to his work with Firmo, he worked as an assistant project manager, an interior superintendent, and also worked on the One Thousand Museum, which was awarded Gold at the WAN Awards. Working alongside our general superintendent, Andre coordinates and oversees the site operations and field crews across multiple Florida sites. ​
