Helping out our superintendents, project managers, and their staff with all aspects of each project, Drew Gant is part of our team of field assistants who provide support and quality assurance for each of our builds. With aspirations to become a construction management expert, Drew’s past experience as a tradesman, material fabricator, and most recently, a plant manager, have equipped him to begin his long-term construction journey with Firmo.

From coordinating various tasks, ensuring our job-sites are clean, and participating in forward planning, to keeping a daily log of site occurrences, finalizing walk throughs with our clients, and meticulously following safety guidelines, Drew keeps our sites running smoothly and efficiently.
