With over five years of experience in commercial architecture, construction, and estimation, as Estimator II in our Pre-Construction Department, Eric works closely with our Sales team to manage the detailed cost estimation and bidding activity in our pipeline. Collaborating with our construction department, Eric applies his highly adept skill for plan and specification review and cost analysis to oversee the estimation of labor, time, and materials for projects of all sizes. Eric's expertise is further reinforced from having earned his prestigious Associate Estimating Professional (AEP) certification from the American Society of Professional Estimators.

A graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate, Eric previously worked as an Estimator for a door supply company, where he produced take-offs and bids for commercial projects. He's also worked with one of the country's leading casino design firms on high-profile projects like Hard Rock Casino where he managed projects from pre-construction to final punch lists. He brings with him a collaborative mindset, in-depth knowledge of both the design and construction phases of each project, as well as innovative ideas for optimizing estimating processes to provide the highest value for our clients​.
