Jerry is a real estate professional who has had experience in acquisitions and urban land planning for almost 2 decades. Throughout his career, he’s also worked in all aspects of real estate development including construction, sales, due diligence, entitlements, and more. He brings this expertise to our sales team as a business development manager from our Fort Myers, FL office, covering the State of Florida.

Jerry is an active member of the community,​ serving as Vice Chair of the Fort Myers Economic Development Advisory board and as a longtime mentor for the City of Fort Myers Teen Advisory council. Another notable project was his collaboration with city boards, the community and city staff to create Gardner's Park, a visionary walkable, smaller-scale mixed use neighborhood.
