General Superintendent

Bringing more than 25 years of experience in the construction, development, and inspection fields, Tom Gant, has a broad range of capabilities spanning from senior project management for restoration companies, to starting his own inspection company. He's worked with various sectors from hospitality to multi-family construction with noteworthy structures including Chicago high-rises such as, the Tremont Hotel, downtown YMCA, the Piedmont Building, and Manhattan Apartments. As our General Superintendent, he manages and supervises the construction team as well as field operations for our projects to ensure our client's vision becomes a reality on time and on budget.

Growing up working for his father's construction business part-time, Tom served in the Air Force Special Operations for 13 years. Immediately after his time in the Military he was a union carpenter before reacquainting himself with supervision in the construction industry as a full-time career. He worked as senior project manager for a fire and water restoration company, as well as a facade restoration company restoring high rise buildings. Tom then became Director of Asset Management/Superintendent with Good Hospitality and HRC Hotels, where he worked on a dozen Marriott and Hilton structures. His career then transitioned him to Superintendent for a multi-family community and hospitality builder. For 8 years, he's also owned an inspection company that conducts condition assessments. His knowledge and experience bring a wide range of skills and expertise to our construction team.
