As an Assistant Superintendent with Firmo Construction, Trace helps to coordinate and manage active hospitality projects with Firmo. His skillset has been furthered by obtaining his OSHA10, OSHA30, CDL A, Excavator operator certificate, and Forklift certificate. Trace is proud of his work as a foreman on notable projects including Ohio Statehouse, Purdue University, Indiana University, Cincinnati Zoo, Coca Cola Bottling Plant, Miami County Courthouse, and for the City of Troy, Ohio. He is passionate about seeing a project through to completion and working hard to fulfilling his goal to become a Superintendent on ground-up hotel and multifamily builds.
