Located in Bradenton by I-75 and SR-70, this ground-up build was brought to life for Divine Hospitality in partnership with AP Architecture. Utilizing our Virtual Reality service prior to breaking ground, our team was able to reduce cost and potential delays throughout construction. We worked closely with development entities to mitigate land-use issues while ensuring the hotel was delivered safely, on budget, and on time.
