The Sarasota Ballet approached us needing a new studio space for their expanded educational programs. Our team worked to create an ambitious project schedule with a push in production to get the build-out done on time and on budget. Finding innovative building solutions tailored to our clients is important to us, which was implemented when we utilized suspended ceiling sound-proofing technology to prevent sound transmission between the studio and an adjacent unit.

The custom tenant build-out in the new Rosemary Square Development features a yoga studio, massage and treatment rooms, as well as a retail area. Our team ensured the project finished on time and on budget, while maintaining a tailored, tranquil atmosphere that the wellness spa's owner envisioned.

The rebranding corporate financial firm was locating their new headquarters in one of downtown's Class A high-rises. Through coordination with the tenant, commercial broker, building owner, and manager, our team executed a design-build project featuring unparalleled designs. The project included extensive, customized entry and terminal millwork, intricate lighting design, high-end finishes to give the space a modern, sophisticated feel and create a functional corporate environment.

Located in the heart of downtown, the building was primarily used as an industrial manufacturing hub for multiple businesses. The interior of this three-story structure was reconfigured to be used as office space to accommodate the evolving downtown business market. The design-build work included complete MEP and structural upgrades, an overhaul of the building floorplan, new office fronts, and a modern interior finish package.
