With over ten years in the construction industry, Yashica’s career has developed into a highly-skilled Assistant Project Manager on commercial project types. She brings a commitment to fostering strong relationships and open communication across the team to support a smooth and successful project experience. Her most recent hospitality experience with Firmo includes multiple Marriott, Hilton, and IHG projects in Georgia and Florida. Noteworthy prior project experience includes ground-up multifamily projects, totaling 100MIL in Southeast Georgia. Adept at contract management, Yashica executes RFIs, COs, Submittals, and Owner Reports. Yashica has a degree in accounting from Atlanta Technical College, along with her OSHA30 Certification. Passionate about the construction industry, Yashica enjoys the opportunity to see a project through from conception to reality.
