Firmo completed a 1,000SF interior build out for a well-known wedding baker who sought to expand their operation to offer a unique, hands-on cake decorating experience. This concept establishment compliments a broader revitalization effort in downtown Sarasota's Rosemary District.

Firmo offered construction and design services for this growing franchise's location at Westfield Siesta Key's "restaurant row." The 4,000SF space features 30' high ceilings, an indoor/outdoor dining and entertainment experience, complete with the installation of overhead rollup doors with impact glazing and a custom complex air filtration and treatment system.

Our team implemented the conversion of an existing DQ to meet the newest franchise standards. The Owner required extensive interior and exterior improvements. With the property being located in a flood zone, the associated conversion costs needed to remain in compliance with FEMA standards for remodeling in flood prone areas.
