Kristoffer manages and leads clerical, organizational, and other administrative initiatives along with implementing effective business development strategies to support the Firmo team and works hand-in-hand with Firmo’s executive team, both on job sites and in the office. His previous administrative experience cultivated a well-balanced organizational understanding across retail, construction, and even the healthcare sectors, allowing him to spearhead communication and organization between vendors, subcontractors, and other construction service teams to keep our internal processes running efficiently and productively. A recent graduate from USF’s Muma College of Business, he obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in General Business Administration, completing his degree with honors. Kristoffer was born and raised in Sarasota, where he has been involved in the community and is passionate about community involvement.
